More than just a label. The tpower agent VIP program is designed to reward every loyal member — with real benefits, personalised service, and access to perks you won't find anywhere else.
Why tpower agent VIP?
Many online gambling platforms offer a "VIP program" that amounts to little more than an empty label. At tpower agent, we built our VIP system from a completely different angle — every tier is designed with concrete benefits you can feel every day, not just promises buried behind complicated terms.
We understand that loyal members are the backbone of our community. That's why tpower agent invests in this program — so every ringgit you spend brings value back in return, whether through cashback, reload bonuses, surprise gifts, or access to exclusive tournaments and events not open to the public.
Our VIP ladder is also designed to be easy to understand. You don't need to read through pages of terms to know where you stand or what it takes to reach the next tier. All the information is clearly available in your account.
From Bronze to Diamond, every tier brings greater rewards.
Higher-tier members get a dedicated account manager on standby.
Withdrawal processing is prioritized for VIP members with no lengthy waiting times.
Birthday bonus, surprise gifts, and rewards for various special occasions.

Full Benefits
Every Monday, your cashback is credited directly to your account with no manual claim required. The higher your VIP tier, the greater the percentage you receive — up to 3% for Diamond members. That means even during a tough week, you still get something back.
Top up anytime and enjoy reload bonuses of up to 15% with no daily limit on the number of top-ups. tpower agent does not impose a weekly reload cap for VIP members — you're free to play at your own pace without losing bonus eligibility.
Gold members and above enjoy faster withdrawal processing compared to standard accounts. Your withdrawal requests jump to the front of the queue — no reason to wait long to enjoy your own wins.
Platinum and Diamond members get access to a personal account manager — a dedicated representative who understands your needs. Whether it's a technical issue, a bonus inquiry, or simply keeping up with the latest offers, your manager is ready to help.
Tpower agent never forgets your special day. Every year during your birthday month, we'll send you free credits or an exclusive gift as a token of appreciation for your loyalty. This bonus is credited automatically with no claim required.
Diamond members receive exclusive invitations to high-prize tournaments, special challenges, and online events unavailable to regular members. It's your chance to claim extra rewards and compete alongside the best players in the tpower agent community.
How to Level Up
Our system is based on Loyalty Points accumulated through every valid wagering activity. You don't need to do anything special — just play your favourite games and points will accumulate automatically in your account.
Every RM10 wagered on Slot Games earns 1 point, while Live Casino and Sports contribute points at slightly different rates depending on the game type. All point tallies can be checked in real time on your account dashboard.
Open an account at tpower agent. You start at Bronze tier automatically.
Every valid wager earns points. Points are calculated monthly to determine tier eligibility.
Once a point target is reached, your VIP tier will be upgraded automatically at the start of the following month.
New benefits kick in immediately — higher cashback, increased limits, and more personalised treatment.

If you've ever joined a VIP program on another platform, you may have felt let down when the promised benefits turned out to be loaded with strict, hard-to-meet conditions. That's common in this industry — but tpower agent has chosen to operate with greater transparency.
At tpower agent, cashback and reload bonuses are calculated based on actual wagers with no hidden deductions. What you see in the table is what you receive. No excessive rollover requirements, no time pressure pushing you to play faster than you're comfortable with.
What sets tpower agent apart is its community spirit. Diamond VIP members, for instance, don't just receive greater financial benefits — they also gain access to an internal discussion forum where players share strategies, tips, and experiences. This creates an environment where players feel valued as individuals, not just numbers in a system.
As a VIP member, the security of your account is tpower agent's top priority. The platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions, and a strict KYC process ensures only verified account owners can make withdrawals. Platinum and Diamond members receive an additional layer of security, including enhanced two-factor authentication.
Tpower agent believes that healthy gambling is the key to long-term enjoyment. Our VIP program is not designed to push you into wagering beyond your means. Instead, our points system rewards consistency and loyalty — not simply the total amount wagered in a single session. VIP account managers are also trained to recognize signs of problem gambling and will proactively offer assistance if needed. You can also set your own daily and weekly limits directly from your VIP account, and these limits will be fully respected by the system.
All VIP benefits are fully accessible and trackable through the tpower agent mobile app, available for Android and iOS. The VIP dashboard is optimized for smaller screens, letting you check points, claim bonuses, contact your account manager, and review withdrawal history — all in one place, no laptop needed.
